Hospitality In The Woods is at Beckenham Place Park on 17th August 2024.
It is a green-field festival site at Beckenham Place Park, with some tarmac paths on the peripheral entrances and exits.
The event is mainly outdoors with some sheltered areas. Ground conditions depend on the weather, and in extreme conditions, mobility may be affected by potential mud.
The site is open from 12pm until 10.30pm.
The busiest times to arrive are between 2pm and 4pm. Last entry is 5pm.
Please make yourself aware to security when arriving at the main entrance if you are in need of assistance entering the site.
Accessible customers will be able to be fast-tracked into the site via the exit lanes.
Companion/PA tickets available at no additional fee are available on request, please contact us with proof of purchase and documentation to prove that you are eligible.
There is a 10m x 3m viewing platform close to the main stage for accessible customers only.
Just so you know, the capacity of the platform is limited.
There is very limited parking available for blue badge-holders.Only pre-authorised vehicles will be granted access.
Please email us in advance to secure your blue-badge parking space.
If you need to bring medication with you into the Festival arena, we ask that you place all items in a clearly labelled bag.
All tablets should be in sealed packets and accompanied by the prescription.
Non-prescription medication will be removed on entry.
The First Aid and Welfare Tents are located between the main entrance and the main Hospitality stage.
If at any point you feel that you need a quieter area away from the crowds, we recommend that you use the Welfare Tent and let the staff know that you are an accessibility customer.

All accessible toilets will be fitted with a universal RADAR lock
An NKS key for RADAR locks can be hired for the day from the Welfare Tent for a £5 deposit.
There will be strobe lighting at the event.
