SECURITY & BAG CHECKS

The following items are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional recording equipment, laser pointers, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by event organizers.

ALCOHOL POLICY

1. Only alcoholic beverages purchased from designated festival bars are allowed on the premises.
2. Attendees may be required to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

1. Attendees are responsible for their well-being. First aid & welfare stations will be available on-site for medical emergencies.
2. Hospitality In The Woods is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the event.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

1. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, vandalism, or intoxication, may result in ejection from the festival grounds without a refund.
2. Respect the performers, staff, and fellow attendees. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING

1. Attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
2. Professional recording equipment is not allowed without a press pass

WEATHER CONDITIONS

The festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are advised to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Hospitality in the Woods, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Hospitality in the Woods reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual not complying with these rules.
