Hospitality In The Woods takes place at Beckenham Place Park, Beckenham Hill Rd, Beckenham BR3 1SY

Tickets will go on sale in the next couple of weeks, in the meantime please sign up for priority access to the cheapest tickets.

This event is for over 18s only. To enter the festival you must be aged 18 or over. Everyone must present a valid ID when they arrive. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the pass hologram.

The bars will operate a challenge 25 system – if you look under 25, you will be asked to provide valid photo id proving you are 18 or over. Please take it as a compliment and if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring your photo id with you.

Photocopies or birth certificates will not be accepted and are not valid forms of photo ID. Please do not come without your valid photo id even if you are over 18, as you may be turned away if you cannot prove your age.

Hospitality In The Woods will take place from 12pm - 10pm

Please note that you cannot bring pressurised gas canisters into the venue. You will be asked to surrender any canisters or be refused entry. You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays.

Other prohibited items include glass, sun cream bottles of more than 200ml, large luggage, animals, & chewing gum.


You are allowed to bring prescribed medication on site when accompanied by a doctor’s note or valid medical certificate.

Lockers will be available to purchase closer to the time of the festival.

The bag size limit is no larger than A4

There is strictly no food or drink allowed into the festival site. Any on your person will be asked to be left at the entrance with security. There will be food and drink available to purchase inside the festival throughout the day.

E-tickets are sent out approximately 1 week prior to the event. If you haven’t received, please contact your ticket supplier’s customer service team directly.

Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we are forced to cancel/postpone the festival due to force majeure.

Phone cameras and GoPros are allowed. You will be unable to enter the festival with any other camera recording equipment unless you have a press pass.
