Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to enter the festival premises. Valid photo identification (e.g., passport, driving license) must be presented at the entrance.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid.

All attendees are subject to thorough security checks upon entry.
Bags will be checked for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, illegal substances, and large bags.

The following items are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, professional recording equipment, laser pointers, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by event organizers.

Only alcoholic beverages purchased from designated festival bars are allowed on the premises.
Attendees may be required to show proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Attendees are responsible for their well-being. First aid & welfare stations will be available on-site for medical emergencies.
Hospitality In The Woods is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during the event.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to harassment, vandalism, or intoxication, may result in ejection from the festival grounds without a refund.
Respect the performers, staff, and fellow attendees. Any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

Attendees consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
Professional recording equipment is not allowed without a press pass

The festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are advised to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Lost items can be reported and retrieved at the designated Lost and Found area during the festival.
